Betty Ann Roettger, 78, passed away, Saturday, October 6, 2012 at her residence. She was born January 28, 1934 in Evansville. She worked as a catering manager for the Executive Inn retiring in 1984. She also worked part-time at the St. Joe Inn. Betty enjoyed shopping during holiday seasons for the grandkids and great-grandkids. Her hobbies were crossword puzzles, bingo, and she was an avid hummingbird watcher. She loved the ocean and took several trips with friends to Gulf Shores. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Dale Adcock. Betty is survived by her husband, Warren Roettger; daughter, Jamie DeTalente (Darrin); sons, Mike Roettger, (Christine), Tony Roettger (Robyn), and Matt Roettger (Kris); daughter-in-law, Jackie Adcock; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank Deaconess Hospice for their excellent care. Services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Volkman Chapel, 2nd. & Elm Streets Elberfeld, Ind., with burial to follow in Susott Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, October 9, 2012 and Wednesday morning, 9 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.
