Carole D. Rogers

Carole R. (Sanders) Rogers, age 85, of Newburgh, IN passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 22, 1936,in Bufflao, NY to the late Norman and Ellen (Adams) Sanders. 

Carole was a lab technician for many years at Alcoa and retired in 1995. She was an avid IU basketball and football fan, enjoyed boating, skiing, fishing, crocheting, and watching and attending NASCAR races.

She will be sadly missed by her loving companion and best friend of 42 years, Glenn Meyer; her brother, Robert (Pam) Sanders; nieces Tammy (Mark) Runge, and Mickelina Sanders; nephew, Mark (Lori) Sanders and several great nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m Thursday, June 10, 2021, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel 510 W. Jennings St. Newburgh, IN.

Burial will follow at Saint Martins Cemetery 1436 E.Cty. Rd. 900 N. Chrisney, IN 47611.

A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Thursday, June 10, 2021, at the funeral home.
