Caroline Barrett

Caroline Farmer Barrett was "Ready when He called her name" on Sunday morning, Nov 13th. Born Dec 12, 1934 in Bowling Green, KY, she found her way to Evansville as a newspaper printer, where she and her husband met, wed, worked, and retired. On to the Red Cross volunteer work next, including NY 911. She loved the Lord, dogs and cats, hiking and waterskiing, bicycling, swimming, and the movie Castaway.

Caroline was preceded in death by her parents Henry N. and Hazel R. Farmer, her brother Douglas, and sisters Ruth Cherry and Jane Wilson, and daughter Debby Dodge. Still alive are Donna Waters, Donald and Danny Barrett.

At Caroline's request, any donations should be made to Newburgh Church of Christ or the Evansville Humane Society.
