Charlene L. Cotton Charlene L. (James) Cotton, 82, of Chandler, passed away, Sunday, February 14, 2010 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital. She was born in Vincennes, IN, October 1, 1927 to Chandler and Nellie (Bowman) James. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 52 years, Edward R. Cotton; daughter, Connie Miller; brother, Henry Edward James; three sisters, Doris McRae, Henrietta Leighton, and Norma Walker. Charlene is survived by daughter, Donna Miller (Gary) of Newburgh; grandsons, David Miller (Debi), Matthew Miller (Amy), Kevin Miller and Mark Miller; one great-grandson, Isaac Miller; one sister, Mary Martin. She was a wonderful person and will be missed. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, February 19, 2010 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 625 Frame Rd. Newburgh, IN. Reverend Joseph Ziliak will officiate. Inurnment will be in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Mausoleum. Arrangements by Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Simpson Chapel, 510 W.
