Services: 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 29, 2022 with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Locust Hill Cemetery with full military honors

Charles William Myers, 83, of Evansville, IN, passed away Monday, October 24, 2022, at Ascension St. Vincent Evansville. He was born November 14, 1938 in Evansville, IN to Charles and Thelma (Dunn) Myers.

He was in the United States Navy and served overseas on the USS Caliente AO-53. Charles was the Captain for Evansville Fire Department from 1962-1995 and later retired from Aztar where he worked in the security department.

Charles is survived by his daughter, Kelly (Doug) Repphan, son, Jeffery Myers, 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Betty E. Myers, and son, Wes Myers.

A visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, October 28, 2022 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Meyer Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St., Evansville, IN, (812) 424-9288. 

A funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 29, 2022 with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Locust Hill Cemetery with full military honors.
