Hank Bullock "The Rabbit Man"of Evansville Clarence Otto Bullock, Jr., 87, passed away at St. Mary's Medical Center February 1, 2011. In recent years Hank was also known as "The Rabbit Man", he lovingly managed his rabbit farm. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Jane; his parents, Clarence O. & Mary Elizabeth (Barnett) Bullock, Sr.; and his brother Charlie. Hank served in the United States Army during WWII. He was a member of the Newburgh Masonic Lodge, Hadi Shrine, Scottish Rite (where he found a life of service through the Shrine Color Guard proudly carrying his countries colors in events throughout the U.S.), the Shrine Vidalia onion sales, the Shrine Circus, & the Hospital Transportation Unit (ways he assisted fund raising to serve children in need of health care). He leaves behind his daughter, Sandra (Don) Tremper; his grandson & caregivers , Bruce (Cynthia) Tremper; grandchildren, Kerry (Angela) Tremper, Jason (Kristen) Tremper; Tina (Charlie) Higdon, Donna Leavitt; 10 great grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren; brothers, Rev. William, Basil, Rev. Robert, Donald & their wives; sister in law, Judy Smith; and several nieces & nephews. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, February 5, 2011, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel, 510 W Jennings St, Newburgh, Ind. (812) 853-8314, Rev. Robert Sheets will officiate and burial will follow at Bates Hill Cemetery with Military Rites conducted by the Retired Veterans Club of Vanderburgh County. Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home, a walk through with the Hadi Shrine Color Guard & Hospital staff will be at 6:45 p.m., a Masonic Service will be at 7 p.m. Memorial Contributions can be made to Hadi Shrine Hospital Transport Unit or The Shrines Hospitals, c/o Hadi Shrine 6 Walnut St, Evansville, Indiana 47708.
