Darsie L. “Dot” Boardman, 95, of Evansville, Ind., passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. She was born in Morgantown, KY on February 23, 1918 to the late Green B. and Elizabeth (Hawes) Whitaker. She worked for Chrysler Corporation and General Tire and was a member of Vann Ave. Baptist Church. Dot was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ralph L. Boardman in 2007 and son, Michael Boardman in 2002. She is survived by grandchildren, Nick (Lori) Boardman, Christa Boardman, and great-granddaughter, Savannah Boardman. Burial was held at Park Lawn Cemetery. www.titzerfuneralhomes.com
