David Lee Faulk David Lee Faulk, 53, of Newburgh, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2010 at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh, Indiana. He was born November 26, 1956 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Carley L. and Jannie Ray (Shanks) Faulk. David loved watching sports especially his favorite teams the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, and the Kentucky Wildcats, he also liked to fish and all animals were his friends. David is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Debra (Oldham) Faulk, step-sons Gregory Griffith (Christa) of Youngwood PA, Alan Griffith of Springfield MO, Johathan Griffith (Amanda) of Greensburg IN, two step grandchildren Elizabeth Claire Griffith, Adrienne Lynn Griffith, sister Kellie Hamilton (Matt) of Indianapolis, brother Rick Wyatt (Darlene) of Indianapolis, father in law August Oldham of Newburgh, brother in law Larry Oldham (Carol), three nephews Chase Lyday, Chad Lyday, Heath Wyatt all of Indianapolis, his birth mother Hilda Seidel of Indianapolis and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service for David will be 10 a.m. CST Monday, March 1, 2010 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St., Newburgh, Indiana (812) 853-8314, Rev. Chase Lyday will officiate. Burial will be 2 p.m. EST, Louisville Memorial Gardens in Shively KY. Visitation will be 3 p.m. CST to 7 p.m. CST, Sunday at the funeral home.
