Frank B. Sargent Frank B. Sargent, 77, of Owensboro, KY, formerly of Evansville, IN passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2008 at Bon Harbor Nursing Home in Owensboro, KY. He was born, March 24, 1930, to Salvadore and Nettie Brown Sargent in Calumet, PA. He retired as a Superintendent of mining. He also served in the Army overseas in Korea. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), American Legion and the Lions Club. He was preceded in death by his parent; Salvadore G and Nettie M Brown Sargent, his brother; James B Sargent; and sister Felesene and Louise; and daughter; Catherine Wilson, in 1985. Frank is survived by his wife of 56 years, Joyce G. (Chambers) Sargent, three sons, Kenneth D Sargent (Patricia), Theodore W Sargent, and Thomas B (Sharon), two daughters, Linda J Sargent (Earl) and Rebecca N Mallory (Bill), two brothers, Salvadore B Sargent, Jr.and Lester B Sargent, four sisters, Lorraine Greennagle, O'Leva Shaulis, MaryAnn Moul and Irene Hoyle, thirty grandchildren and fifty-four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2008, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St. Newburgh, IN., services will conducted by Rev. Robert Nall, burial will be at Bates Hill Cemetery, with military rites conducted by the Vanderburgh Retired Veterans Club. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, March 21, 2008, and 10:00 a.m. to service time on Saturday at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel.
