Jack Marion Moore
Jack Marion Moore, 82, of Newburgh, passed away Tuesday, December 08,
2009, at St. Mary's Medical Center.
He was born in Evansville on April 30, 1927 to Shirley T. and Mary E. (Paulin)
Moore. Jack was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and the
St. John's Men's Club. He served in the United States Navy.
Jack is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years Joyce Moore on January 1,
2009, father Shirley T. Moore, mother Mary Moore, sisters, Ruth Woodruff,
Betty Moers, Margaret "Peggy" Hill, and a brother Shirley E. "Bud" Moore.
He is survived by his children Ron Moore (Nancy) of Louisville, Becky Moore
Hendrix Fadroski of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, Cindy Barnard (Evan) of
Spring Hill, Tennessee, Pam Terry (Rodger) of Newburgh, and Jenny Moore
Watson (Richie) of Evansville.. Nine grandchildren; Jessica Horsting, Krista
Hendrix, Trisha Fadroski, Shannon Wilhite (Mark), Kim and Stephanie Terry,
Justin, Jordan and Heather Barnard, eight great grandchildren, brother-in-law
Harold Sugg (Carol) of Newburgh, and sister- in-law Billie Sanders Davies
(Bob) of Evansville.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 11,
2009, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 625 Frame Rd., Newburgh
with Father Joseph Ziliak officiating and burial will follow at St. John's
Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, December 10, 2009, at the
Titzer Family Funeral Home ~ Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St.,
Newburgh, Indiana (812) 853-8314, with a prayer service at 7 p.m.
Additional visitation will be held Friday, 10 a.m. to service time at the church.
