James Alan "Jimmy" Barnett James Alan "Jimmy" Barnett, 55, of Newburgh, passed away, Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Cypress Grove Rehabilitation Center. He enjoyed bowling on the Warrick County Special Needs Team and fishing at the tournaments in Boonville. He was preceded in death by his mother, May Lowe Barnett; grandmothers, Norma Barnett and Violet Lowe; four uncles and two aunts. Jimmy is survived by his father, James H. Barnett; aunts and uncles, Dorothy Phillips of Indianapolis, Carolyn and James Boyken of Newburgh, Ruth Barnett of Evansville, Carol and Richard Barnett of Evansville, and Bobbie and Bob Barnett of Evansville. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m., Saturday, September 12, 2009 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St. Newburgh, Indiana. Reverend Greg Barnett will officiate. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to service time at the funeral home. Special thanks to Charlotte Postin of Boonville, Sue Bragg of Newburgh and all the families and bowlers who made Saturdays a very special day for Jimmy.
