James "Randy" Hefner

James "Randy" Hefner, 75, of Evansville, IN passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville. He was born on February 8, 1947 in West Virginia to the late French and Dorothy (Riddle) Hefner.

Randy graduated high school in Henderson County, graduate of Ivy-Tech with Licensed Practical Nurse, worked at the Evansville State Hospital and Stepping Stones.

Randy is survived by his wife of 28 years, Marie Hefner, daughter, Shelley Sharp, grandchildren, Coty, Donovan, Emily, great-grandchildren, Abby, Riley, and Luna, two brothers, Tony and Ken, and sister, Jane Ann.  He preceded in death by his parents and son, Jimmy.

A burial will be held at a later date.
