James "Richard" Suter, 64, of Newburgh, Ind., stepped into Heaven Tuesday, April 25, 2017. He was born April 28, 1952, to the late Norman and Ruth Suter.
Richard enjoyed Nascar, yard sales and flea markets, and most of all spending time with his family. He worked hard for many years at Shane's and then Farm Boy before spending the last 2 years at the Newburgh Wal-Mart Deli. He attended Living Word Christian Church and he will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Marilyn Suter; children, Angela Bethe, Jim Suter (Erin), Jason Suter (Denise), Jeremy Suter (Andrea); 14 grandchildren; siblings, Steve Suter (Paula), Myron Suter, Carmen Hillyard, Carla Woolsey (Gary); and several nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Ruth Suter; brother, Wayne Suter; grandchildren, Matthew and Lora Willis; mother-in-law, LeEtta Carpenter and father-in-law, Lawrence Carpenter.
A Funeral Service will be held 1 p.m., with visitation beginning at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 29, 2017, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel, 510 W.
