Josephine B."Josey" Phelps, 87, passed away on May 16, 2020. She was born in Naomi, KY to Teddy T. Burton and Ella (Tarter) Burton. Josey worked as a sales clerk in retail clothing stores. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by two sons and one granddaughter.
