Justilene Boarman Justilene "Joyce" (Royster) Boarman, 75, of Evansville, passed away Monday, March 2, 2009, at Deaconess Hospice Care Unit. She was born December 29, 1933 in Henderson, KY the daughter of Justus and Blanche Royster. Joyce was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church (city) for over 50 years. She loved spending time with her family. She quilted and knitted with various groups. She enjoyed listening to country music, watching Joel Osteen and puttering with her friend. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin of 44 years in 1994. She is survived by her sons Roger Boarman (Lisa) of Evansville, Mark Boarman (Rachel) of Velpen, IN, and daughters Rita Scales (Richard) of Chandler, Cindy Sparks (Stephen) of Ashire, IN, 8 grandchildren, 6 great- grandchildren, sister, Norma Allen (Joseph) of Sebree, KY, and numerous brother and sister in laws, and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, March 5, 2009, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Miller & Miller Colonial Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St., Evansville, Indiana (812) 424-9274, with Father Ted Tempel officiating and entombment following at St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2009, at Family Funeral Homes ~ Miller & Miller Colonial Chapel, 100 E.
