Lillian E. "Betty" Frields, 77, of Linton, IN, passed away, Thursday, December 23, 2010 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She was born on March 2, 1933 in Evansville, IN to Walter Carl and Estella Mae (Monroe) Stocky. She was a retired receptionist and a member of the Elnora United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Rev. Robert "Bob" Frields and their children, Dusty Miller (Lynn), Rebecca Sluder, Mark Schulze (Debbie), Sherry McBride, Tim Frields, and Linda Summerlin (Tom); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be held from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday, December 27, 2010 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Meyer Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St. Evansville, IN. A memorial service and burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Elnora United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.
