Lloyd Henry Ziliak, 63, of Evansville, Ind., passed away Sunday, September 21, 2014, at Cypress Grove. He was born July 18, 1951, in Evansville, to Cletus and Ernestine (Feller) Ziliak.
Lloyd served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War in Thailand where he was an aircraft mechanic. He was a member of the Elberfeld American Legion.
He was preceded in death by his father, Cletus Ziliak, and his brother, David Ziliak.
Lloyd is survived by his mother, Ernestine Ziliak; sons, Wesley Ziliak, Theodore (Ted) Ziliak; grandchildren, Katja Ziliak, Asher Lee; siblings, Beverly Bittner (Jim), Vaughn Ziliak, Brenda Cross, Karen Mutschler (Jeff), Jamie Ziliak (Randy), Loriann Stewart; and longtime girlfriend, Kim Shaw.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, September 25, 2014, at St. John the Evangelist, 5301 Daylight Dr., Evansville, Ind., with Military Rites.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Volkman Chapel, 2nd & Elm Streets, Elberfeld, Indiana, (812) 983-4211. Additional visitation will be 12noon to Mass time Thursday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Elberfeld American Legion.
