Loren M. Zeller, 59, passed away, January 8, 2014, at the VNA Charlier Hospice Center.
He was born October 20, 1954, in Evansville, to Louis M. and Lorraine (Marjanski) Zeller, Sr. He graduated from North High School. Loren was a member of St. James Catholic Church, St. James Men's Club, and the Somerville Rifle and Pistol Club. He was an electrician for 10 years with the IBEW Local 16 and for 30 years at Zeller Elevator. Loren was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish.
Loren was preceded by his parents; son, Ronald Zeller; granddaughter, Elizabeth Barnett; siblings, Leta Zeller, OSB, and Ronald William Zeller.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Ann (Meny) Zeller; daughter, Melinda Barnett (Doug); grandchildren, Courtney Barnett, Isabell Barnett, Allison Zeller, Andrew Zeller; siblings, Mike Zeller, Jr., Linda Boeglin, Mark Zeller, Lance Zeller; and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, January 11, 2014, at St. James Catholic Church, 12300 S. 50 W., Haubstadt, Ind., Father Kenny Betz will officiate and burial will follow in Barnett Chapel Cemetery, Elberfeld.
Visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m., Friday, January 10, 2014, with a Rosary Service beginning at 2 p.m., at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Volkman Chapel, 2nd & Elm Streets, Elberfeld, Ind. (812) 983-4211. Additional visitation will be 9 a.m. to Mass time, Saturday at the church.
