M. Ruth Marx M. Ruth Marx, 79, of Seale, Alabama, formerly of Elberfeld, passed away Monday, September 22, 2008 at her residence. Mrs. Marx was born, November 28, 1928 in Robards, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Homer Westerfield Nantz and Sarah Temperance (Winstead) Nantz. She was a homemaker and a member of Silver Run Baptist Church. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Murphy and two brothers, Paul and Charles Nantz. Survivors include her husband, William "Bill" Marx of Seale, Alabama; two daughters, Judy Gauer and husband, John of Evansville, and Glenda Selmon and husband, Rick of Seale, Alabama; two sons, Kenneth Marx and wife, Jennifer of Newburgh and Steve Marx and wife Debbie of Lynnville; one sister, Shirley Lawson of Henderson, Kentucky; two brothers, Howard Nantz and wife, Lucille and Eugene Nantz all of Henderson; seventeen grandchildren and twenty-two great- grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, September 27, 2008 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Volkman Chapel, 2nd. & Elm Streets, Elberfeld, Indiana. Reverend Don Moore will officiate. Burial will be in Northview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. of Friday, September 26, 2008, and Saturday 9 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.
