Marc M. Millhone, 73, of Evansville IN passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
Marc was born on July 27, 1951 in Copley, Ohio to loving parents Horace and Mary Millhone. He attended Castle High School and graduated Class of '69. Marc served in the Vietnam War, and then went on to pursue a career as a driller-shooter for AMAX and Vigo coal companies.
Marc was preceded in death by his parents. Marc is survived by his wife, Betty Millhone ( Wilsbacher-Stevens); daughters Stacey Connaway (Chris Stoldt), Tammy Kollker (Brad); grandchildren Cody Connaway (Annah), Sara Connaway and Kennedy Kollker; sister, Madelon Sabine (Dave); brother, Mac Millhone; and many nieces and nephews.
Marc's joy in life was driving his Cobra, and spending time with his many friends and family. He was a very proud Vietnam veteran, having served bravely in the United States Army.
A Funeral Service will be held in Marc's honor on Monday, January 20 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Titzer Family Funeral Home's Simpson Chapel in Newburgh, IN, with Father Jack Durchholz officiating. A visitation for Marc will take place on Monday, January 20 2025, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. also at Titzer Family Funeral Home's Simpson Chapel in Newburgh, IN. Marc's burial will take place at St. Rupert's Church Cemetery, immediately following the Funeral Service. Military rites will be conducted at graveside by the American Legion Kapperman Post 44.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Mark Browning, Dr. Anthony Stephens and their staff, palliative care, and hospice.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Rupert's. All arrangements are in the care of Titzer Family Funeral Homes.
