Martha "Marty" Brune

Martha "Marty" H. (Taylor) Brune, 66, of Newburgh, Ind., passed away, Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at Deaconess VNA Charlier Hospice.  She was born October 26, 1950, in Evansville, to Samuel Francis and Norma Jean (Galey) Taylor.  Marty graduated from Castle High School in 1968, she was of the Catholic faith.

She was preceded in death by her father.  Marty is survived by her mother, Norma Jean (Tiny) Taylor; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Gene Dahmer; and several nieces and nephews. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. with visitation beginning at 9 a.m., Saturday, March 4, 2017, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 625 Frame Rd., Newburgh, Ind.  Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.   Arrangements are in the care of Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel, (812) 853-8314.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity.  Sympathy wishes to the family may be shared at www.titzerfuneralhomes.com.
