Melody Ann (Randolph) Elrod Melody Ann (Randolph) Elrod, 53, of Evansville, passed away, Wednesday, June 24, 2009, at VNA Charlier Hospice. She was born on November 12, 1955 in Franklin, KY to Barney and Mary Catherine (Goodman) Randolph both of whom preceded her in death. She was a Baptist and a Harrison High School graduate. Melody worked for Whirlpool Corporation for 15 years. She loved her grandchildren. They gave her great pride and joy while shopping with them. She was a very generous and good hearted person. She is survived by one son, Zach Elrod of Evansville; two grandchildren, Raven and Kyle Elrod of Evansville; two sisters, Cathy Page and Carolyn Randolph both of KY; her former husband and good friend, Gary Elrod of GA; several nieces and nephews. Services for Melody will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, June 29, 2009 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Miller & Miller Colonial Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St. Evansville, IN. Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Sunday, June 28, 2009 and Monday, 9 a.m. to service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made at any Old National Bank to the Melody Elrod Benefit Account. Condolences may be made online @www.titzerfuneralhomes.com.
