Norma Lee Carroll

Norma “Lee” (Hutchcraft) Carroll, 81, passed away Monday, October 14, 2019 at Linda E. White Hospice House.  A miracle at birth, born of low birth weight and raised on goats’ milk to survive, she continued to be a miracle her entire life, blessing the lives of everyone she came in contact. Among the many lives were those at Hillcrest Children’s Home.

Preceding her in leaving us were both of her parents, William “Bill” Hutchcraft and Inez Hutchraft; her husband of 65 years, Ross Gene Carroll; her brother, Clinton Hutchcraft; sisters, Billie Realford and Minnie Carter; her daughter, Valencia Cropper and grandson, Marcus Adam Cropper.

Surviving family members are a sister, Bettie Sloan; daughter, Rhonda Lambert; sons, Randy and Vincent Carroll; also, five grandchildren; Brandi Carroll, Nick Carroll, Nathan Carroll, Heather Frittz and April Lambert; five great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and a sister-in-law, Avis Carroll.

Her goal in life was to love and comfort all of those around her.  She did this extremely well.  She is loved and will be missed.

No service or visitation.  Titzer Family Funeral Homes are assisting the family.
