Patsy R. Hurst

Patsy R. Hurst, 79, of Evansville, Ind., passed away Friday, July 15, 2016, at Deaconess VNA Charlier Hospice Center. She was born November 2, 1936, in Lilbourn, Missouri, to Henry Clay and Eva Lucille (Miller) Cawhorn. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 58 years; Donald Lee Hurst, Sr.; and two sons, Stephen Lloyd and Donald Lee Hurst, Jr. She is survived by her children, David Hurst (Kim), Kim Young, Sue Hurst, John Hurst (Carol), Trisha Mason (Scott), Phyllis Bishop (Larry), Robert Hurst; 18 grandchildren; and 27 great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren, and siblings, Robert Cawhorn (Carol), Shirley Robb, Maggie Smith, Cindy Drake (John). A funeral service will be held 1 p.m., with visitation beginning at 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel, 510 W.
