Paul Joseph Elderbrook Paul Joseph Elderbrook, 61, of Evansville, IN, passed away, Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at Deaconess Hospice Care Center, after a long battle with cancer. He was born April 8, 1948, in Evansville, to Hubert Krone and Patricia (Fonner) Elderbrook. He graduated from Reitz High School and was a member of St. Joseph in the city and St. Boniface Catholic Churches. He worked as a salesperson for Red spot Paint and Varnish Company for 22 years and most recently at Deaconess Clinic, formerly Welborn Clinic. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Mary Jane Payne; a brother, Donald Elderbrook. Paul is survived by his wife of 38 years, Donna Elderbrook; three sons, Paul J. "PJ" Elderbrook (Amy), and Mark Elderbrook (Lindsey) all of Indianapolis, In, Joseph "Joe" Elderbrook (Theresa) of Memphis, TN; grandchildren, Kyle Ray, Aiden, Lilly, and Jason; five brothers and four sisters; and a special friend, Randy. A special thanks to the Oncology Department at Deaconess Clinic, downtown center, and a special thanks to all the people at Deaconess Hospice Care Center. Services will be held at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, February 27, 2010 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Miller & Miller Colonial Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St. Evansville, IN. Reverend Kenneth Herr will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, February 26, 2010 with a memorial service at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home and visitation Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to service time. Memorial contributions may be made to a local charity. Condolences may be made @titzerfuneralhomes.com.
