He attended St. Anthony Catholic Church. Phil is survived by his sister, Phyllis Jordan (Richard) of Evansville, nephews, Darrin and Damon. Private services will be held at later date. Donations may be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church. Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Miller & Miller Colonial Chapel is handling arrangements.
