Phyllis A. Lauer Phyllis A. Lauer, 64, of Evansville, passed away, Saturday, April 19, 2008 at VNA Hospice, Charlier Center. She was born in Posey County on September 11, 1943 to Leonard and Dorothy Pauline (Moore) Lauer. She was a bus driver for METS in Evansville. She liked to play bingo and enjoyed karaoke. Phyllis is survived by her companion of 37 years, Charles Rainwater of Evansville; son, Thomas Williams, daughters, Tracy Rhodes, and Tina Williams all of Evansville; three brothers, Clarence Hogan, and Kenny Lauer both of Evansville, Dennis Lauer of Louisville, Kentucky; six sisters, Carolyn Leamons of Newburgh, Delores Coy, and Karen Winkleman of Mt. Vernon, Jerelyn Rizzo of Connecticut, Deborah Lauer and Kathy Lauer both of Louisville, Kentucky; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Meyer Chapel 100 E. Columbia St. Evansville, Indiana, with burial in Locust Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday, April 21, 2008 and Tuesday, from 9 a.m. to service time at the funeral home. Condolences may be made online @ titzerfuneralhomes.com.
