Rev. Paul "Frank" DeClue, 90, of Elberfeld, IN, passed away Friday, February 1, 2019 at Good Samaritan Home in Evansville. He was born on August 3, 1928 in Blackwell, MO to the late Joseph and Mary (Durbin) DeClue.
Brother DeClue was a minister for some 60 years and a devout Christian, Believing in the Lord and his word, which he shared with everyone he met. He never varied from his beliefs and passion of sharing the word of God. He will be missed by everyone that knew him.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Jean.
He leaves behind two sons, Michael DeClue (Kay) and Paul DeClue (Carol); four grandchildren, Paula Garbers, Justin DeClue, Kevin DeClue, and Todd DeClue; four great-grandchildren, Nathan and Lindsey Garbers, Kylie and Chloe DeClue; and his sibling, Leonard.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m., with visitation beginning at 11 a.m., Sunday, February 3, 2019 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Volkman Chapel, 2nd. & Elm Streets, Elberfeld, IN (812) 983-4211. Rev. Jeff Wigington will officiate and burial will follow in Zion Cemetery.
