Richard Williams, 63 of Evansville, IN passed away on August 28, 2020 at his residence. He was born on February 24, 1957 in Evansville to Johnny and Peggy Williams.
Richard retired from the welding industry. He is survived by his nephew John Williams and brother Roger Williams.
