Ruby Sapp Falls Ruby Sapp Falls, 80, of Evansville passed away Saturday, January 2, 2010 at the North Park Nursing Center. She was born January 21, 1929 in Newburgh IN. to Harden Wilson Sapp and Dorothy Mae (Slaughter) Phillips. She was a Hostess for many years at the House of Chong Restaurant. She was preceded in death by her son, Johnny Leo Flatt Sr., and her daughter, Arna Jo Baker. Ruby is survived by her son, Richard H. Flatt, Jr (Cynthia)of Cincinatti OH., 9 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren, brother, Robert Sapp, sister, Evelyn Meredith . A funeral service will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at the Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Meyer Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St., Evansville IN. 47711, (812) 424-9288, with burial at Greenwood Cemetery in Chandler. Visitation will from 11 AM till service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
