Sandra May Chandley

Sandra May Kirves Chandley, 76, of Elberfeld, Ind., passed away, October 26, 2016, at her home.  She was born July 20, 1940, in Evansville, to Charles and Ruth (Cassidy) Stutsman.  She was a claims adjuster for the Indiana State Highway Dept. for over 15 years. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Donald Kirves; daughter, Patty Redman; siblings, Charles Stutsman, and Betty Cobb. 

Sandra is survived by her husband, Thomas Chandley; sons, Alan Kirves, Scott Kirves; step-children, Patti Tepool, David Chandley, Penny Sheneman; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and siblings, Sharon Jeffries and Jimmy Stutsman.  Sandra had a special love for her family.

A funeral service will be held 10 a.m., Monday, October 31, 2016, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Meyer Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St., Evansville, Ind., (812) 424-9288.  Burial will be on Tuesday in West Ridge Park Cemetery, 9295 W. 21st St., Indianapolis, Ind.
