Of Boonville, IN

Sheilah Diana Downing, 74, went to be with her Lord and
Savior on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville.  She was born May 27, 1946 in Greenville, Muhlenberg, KY to the late Elvin and Esmer (Knight) Downing. 

She was preceded in death by her parents sisters, Betty Fae Barnett, Juanita Bowers, and brother JD Downing.

She was grounded in faith in God through her mother, Esmer, and prayed for all people.

Sheilah is survived by her sister, Joyce Hatchett (Leon), brother Dorris Downing (Sandra), and sister Helen Ashby (Don).

A public graveside will be at 2 PM., Monday, September 21, 2020 at Forrest Grove Cemetery near the community of Browder in Muhlenberg County KY.
