Steven Alan King

The world lost a best friend on Monday, November 8, 2021. Steve King was born on February 15, 1955 in Evansville, IN to the late William Henry and Wilma Elizabeth (Schauss) King.

Steve was a hardworking, loving, and a one-of-a-kind guy whose loss will be felt by many for a long time. 

Steve is survived by his loving wife of almost 43 years; Faye King, sons; Chad King, and Cory (Laura) King; daughters; Abby (Jarrett) Busing, and Kelly Vincent.

His favorite people in the world were those that called him papaw; Hunter King, Marcston King, Wyatt Vincent, Dallas Busing, Myles Busing, Gage Vincent, Colton King, and Ryder Morrow.  Steve is also survived by his siblings, Donald (Lisa) King, Sharon (Keith) Titzer, Billy (Jo) King, Judy (Tony) Flittner, and Randy (Amanda) King along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and great friends. 

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Wilma King, Aunt Bettye and Catherine, daughter Kristy, and son-in-law Brock Vincent.

A visitation will be held from 1-6 PM., on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St. Newburgh, IN. 47630 (812) 853-8314 with A Celebration of Life beginning at 6:00 PM., officiated by Rev. Father, Jack Durchholz.
