Sue Carol Burke

Sue Carol Burke,73, of Newburgh, IN passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Newburgh Health Care. She was born November 18, 1947 in Brazil., Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Jesmae Ida Lee (All) Burke. 

Sue was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, Order of Eastern Star, Newburgh Chapter #32, and part of the Special Olympics organization. She was a resident of Newburgh Health Care for seventeen years and will be missed dearly by the staff and her family-friends. She loved listening to Elvis and collecting memorabilia of him.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 13,2021 at Epworth United Methodist Church, 4455 Epworth Rd., Newburgh, IN with a visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. officiated by Rev. Danny Barr. Burial to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.

In accordance with the Indiana COVID-19 precautions, all attending is required to wear a mask and follow proper social distancing protocol, capacity is limited to 50 at a time for visitation. If you are not feeling well, or if you have compromised immune system, you are encouraged to stay home.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Sue to the Epworth United Methodist Church.
