Vicki A. Rueger. 61, of Evansville, passed away, Sunday, June 5, 2011 at Deaconess Hospice Care Center. She was born March 7, 1950 in Rockport, Ind. to Edward and Marie Isbell (Scarbrough) Horn. She worked for Dr. Juan Cabrera, Sr. as office manager, for 32 years and attended Vann Avenue Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Karen (Horn) Boren. Vicki is survived by her husband of 43 years, Delbert Rueger, Jr.; daughters, Tina Marie (Rueger) Forston and Tricia Maxine Rueger, both of Evansville; sisters, Sandy, Teresa, and Edwina Horn; brothers, Keith and Michael Horn; eight grandchildren, Dylan and Bailey Negron, Brookeann and Gavin Winfield, Dakota and Daxx Forston, Erica and August Hendricks; and her best buddy, Lucky. Services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, June 9, 2011 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St. Newburgh, Ind. Reverend Eric Martin will officiate with burial in Bates Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 and Thursday, 9 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.
