Warren H. Roettger, 81, of Evansville, Ind., passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at his residence. He was born April 21, 1934 in Elberfeld, to the late Alvin and Luella Roettger. He retired as a machinist at Bucyrus Erie for some 30 years. He served in the United States Army and was a member of the Indiana National Guard. Warren enjoyed fishing, hunting, horse racing, Reitz football and his veg-fruit gardens which he loved sharing with family and friends. He loved taking his grandchildren for walks to the lake sharing his love of the outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ann; son, Dale Adcock; sister, Evelyn Ayers. Warren is survived by daughter, Jamie DeTalente (Darrin); sons, Mike Roettger (Christine), Tony Roettger (Robyn); Matt Roettger (Kris); daughter-in-law, Jackie Adcock; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Volkman Chapel, 2nd. & Elm Streets, Elberfeld, Ind. (812) 983-4211. Deacon Thomas Kempf, Jr. will officiate with burial to follow in Susott Cemetery.
