Wayne Alan Bertram

Wayne Alan Bertram, 71, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Good Samaritan Nursing and Rehab Center in Oakland City.  He was born on March 19, 1946 to Welzie and Marjorie (Norcross) Bertram. 

Most of his life was spent on the family farm near Haubstadt, as well as working for other farmers.  He enjoyed the animals, talking to his friends on the CB radio and playing the card game of Clabber.

He is survived by his brother, Ralph Bertram (Jeanette); nephew, Adam Bertram (Miranda); niece, Lacey Bertram; two great nieces and several cousins.

Services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, July 10, 2017 at Nobles Chapel Church in Elberfeld with visitation at 9 a.m.  Burial will follow in Nobles Chapel Cemetery.  Visitation Sunday, July 9, 2017 will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Volkman Chapel, 2nd. & Elm Sts.
