William Dale Bell, 68, of Newburgh, IN passed away on Friday, November 18, 2022, at Ascension St. Vincent in Evansville, IN. He was born on April 24, 1954, in Oakland City, IN to the late Charles and Mona (Smith) Bell.

He served and retired after twenty-two years from the United States Army. William spent time in Rwanda, Africa for many years as a Biomedical technician for Worldwide Contracting. He saved many lives with his knowledge of the medical technology and training the staff on the equipment. William enjoyed fishing, hunting, and being outdoors.

William is survived by his two sons; Dale Bell, Edwin and (Rebecca) Bell, grandchildren; Katelyn, Abigail, Brooklyn, Aliza Bell, brother, Michael Bell, niece, Mandy Bell and nephew, Michael Bryan.

He preceded in death by his parents.

A funeral service will be held at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at the Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St. Newburgh, IN 47630 (812) 853-8314 with military honors.

A visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
